- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The deposit can either be paid by credit card or a bank transfer. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
- We follow a full, money back cancellation policy, provided you cancel at least 21 days before your arrival date.
- For cancellations that occur up to 22 days to 14 days prior to arrival, you will need to pay 50% of total reservation cost.
- Cancellations taking place less than 14 days prior to arrival you will cover 100% of the total reservation cost.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
Any additional services eg telephone calls must be paid before check out.
Confirmation details with transfer arrangements and other agreed extra services will be sent to you in a reservation confirmation e-mail when the deposit is received. This e-mail, along with your passport, need to be presented upon arrival.
