Spiti Prifti Apartments has fully renovated and beautifully designed apartments in the village of Gouvia, Corfu. At Spiti Prifti we cover all guest requirements, including optional catering, for families and individual guests wanting a relaxed holiday.
The apartments are located in a marvellous green oasis. A wide variety of flowers, roses and geraniums as well as different fruit-bearing trees, cypresses and palm trees are all there to add to your holiday experience. Many of the trees were proudly planted by the grandparents of the owner more than half a century ago.
You will enjoy a swim in our 18-metre sparkling pool in the heart of the Spiti Prifti oasis. Relax by the poolside on a pool lounger, under an umbrella or sip a cool drink from the pool bar. Enjoy a snack or drink in the shaded pool area, then a game of billiards or two.

Swimming Pool area
Our full-sized swimming pool is ideal for family fun, taking some daily exercise or just a cooling dip. Dive into our long length swimming pool or cool off with a quick swim. The pool is available to all Spiti Prifti guests throughout the day until 19:00 p.m. Take a Mediterranean siesta with a book or have a quick snooze at your favourite spot under the trees surrounding the pool. Enjoy the free poolside Wi-Fi. Indulge in some great finger food or a cool drink under the shaded bar.
Holidaying with the family? Younger visitors can watch children’s programs on the poolside TV or have a game of billiards at the pool bar. Our pool bar is open from 9 am-midnight. We serve cool drinks and snacks during the day and evening meals from 6 pm- 11:30 pm. Free Wi-Fi is available poolside. Pool towels can be obtained at the pool bar for a small fee of 3 Euros per towel.
Snack Bar & Restaurant
Spiti Prifti Pool bar and Restaurant is open throughout the day, to start your day with a delicious breakfast under the sun. Our friendly staff can serve a variety of snacks to accompany your cold beer for lunch.
Our evening menu starts after 6 through 11.30 at night. Babis, our bar tender, can prepare mouthwatering cocktails, (ask for the Spiti Prifti special), and can cater for your dinner with a great atmosphere created by the subtle pool lights.
Our youngsters can indulge in our ‘Children’s Menu’ and end a great evening with one of our desserts.
Garden
When you arrive at Spiti Prifti you will be immediately drawn to its abundant greenery and marvellous gardens. Our exotic garden is our passion. We grow many traditional Mediterranean plants and we select flowers and trees that are eco-friendly. This keeps the heat down and helps to maintain a milder temperature throughout the summer.
Our shady trees include cypress, fig and olive trees and a good range of fruit trees, some of them planted by the owners’ parents more than 50 years ago. Since then we have had the pleasant challenge of maintaining the garden and introducing different flower species and new Mediterranean flora annually. We encourage you to take a rejuvenating walk around the gardens, which also feature colourful geraniums, myrtle and rose varieties, all planted by us with special love and care.
Boat Hire
There’s no better way to explore the beautiful beaches of Corfu than from the sea and we can highly recommend hiring a speed boat from our friends Alex and Spiros at ‘35’ Boats For Hire. Make your booking with us and benefit from ‘mates rates’ and Spiros will collect you from the marina (a short walk from us) and after a safety demonstration and short tutorial set you on your way.
From their pontoon you sail away and explore the northeast coast stopping off at sea caves and isolated bays where you can drop anchor and enjoy a dip and some of the best snorkelling in the Mediterranean. You can also tie up at one of the many tavernas along the coast and enjoy a seafood lunch. If time allows you can motor south and take in the view of the Old Town from the sea.
